Exchange and return policy
What is your exchange policy?
Unworn items are eligible for exchange within a 14-day timeframe (as stated on your receipt). All earrings are final sale. A receipt must be provided for exchange processing. Lost items or receipts are ineligible for a return or exchange.
Item should not exhibit any physical damage or signs of wear, such as:
- Tarnishing due to improper care (refer to product care page)
- Signs of wear and tear like scratches, damage, etc.
Items must be in their original condition:
- No customizations including sizing, custom pieces, or any alterations.
Items must include all original packaging:
- All relevant boxes, certificates, bags, and receipts must be present.
Worn products can be exchanged within 14 days with receipt if:
- The item is not repairable in the case of user-damage.
- The item is deemed to have a manufacturer's defect as determined by Santorini Design.
- The item has experienced tarnishing - not including improper product care.
All items must be exchanged in-store with a receipt present. This can include online purchase confirmations or physical purchase paper receipts.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy only covers Solid Gold within 7 days of the purchase date (see below). All other products can be exchanged within 14 days (excluding earrings). Lost items or receipts are ineligible for a return or exchange.
No cash refunds offered for purchases (excluding solid gold) currently.
Solid Gold Return Policy:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Receipt is required.
- Process online claim through contact@santorinidesign.com with photos, receipt (photo of receipt).
- Item needs to be in original unworn condition.
- Item cannot be damaged.
- Ensure packaging and certificates are included in every solid gold item purchase (box, certificates, bag, etc.).
- Reimbursements, upon processing, shall exclusively be allocated to the original payment method.
- This policy excludes gift card
Permanent Jewelry, Repairs, Orders?
Questions regarding repairs, permanent jewelry damage, and orders can be seen below.
What about Permanent Jewelry?
We offer repairs for our Permanent Jewelry (see policy below). Lost items or receipts are ineligible for a return or exchange.
To qualify for a Permanent Jewelry repair:
- Item/Chain must be presented for repair; lost pieces are not covered by our repair policy.
- A receipt must be present.
- Permanent Jewelry repairs are covered within a 14-day window.
- Damage must not be due to user care.
- Customers are eligible for one complimentary repair, otherwise are subject to a $40CAD repair fee.
Permanent jewelry is meant to be durable, but accidents can still occur. Please exercise care to avoid damage by being cautious during physical activities, daily wear, and chemical exposure.
Do you do repairs?
Repairs on Santorini Design products - if possible - are eligible for a complimentary repair within 30-days of the original purchase date. Receipt must be present.
Complimentary repairs will be processed within 30-days if:
- The repair require a clasp or hoop.
- The repair on the chain is a repairable open link pattern (Curb, Cuban, etc.)
- Certain patterns are excluded from our repair policy which include our Rope Chains, Weave Chains, and Fishtail Chains.
For non-Santorini Design repairs:
- Items will be subject to a repair fee at minimum of $20CAD depending on complexity and time + any additional material fees. Typical fees can range from $30CAD-$80CAD.
All repairs must be collected within 2 weeks of contact date. Repair processing will be within 1-2 weeks depending on complexity. Customers will be contacted phone or email for pick-up information. All repairs may only be process in-person at any in-store locations.
Santorini Design does not assume responsibility for any damage caused by attempting to repair your pieces. Repair agreements are subject to the specified risks and conditions.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Our team processes orders as soon as they are received, therefore, we cannot guarantee that your order may be cancelled. However, to inquire if you may cancel your order, please contact us immediately to see if it is possible at contact@santorinidesign.com.

Why was my order cancelled?
Orders with an invalid payment method will be subject to cancellation. Please contact us at contact@santorinidesing.com to move forward.
Orders with out-of-stock items will be cancelled with a refund being issues to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
Shipping, Tracking Numbers, etc.
All regular post will take 3-7 business days to be received. Orders are packed and shipping within 24 hours of receiving the order.
For our free shipping (domestic) above $100CAD, tracking numbers are not included. Tracking numbers may be added on for an additional $20CAD fee at checkout.
