Refund & Return Policy
At Santorini Design Jewelry, returns are not permitted for any items - excluding solid gold. Solid Gold items may qualify for an exchange in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
Refund Eligibility — Solid Gold Items Only
Refunds are available exclusively for solid gold items within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be in original unworn condition - our team will thoroughly inspect the item for any evidence of wear.
- All packaging to be returned with the item.
- Valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Accepted proof of purchase includes:
- Original receipt
- Order confirmation
- Customer account order history/search
The following are not accepted as proof of purchase:
- Bank statements
- Credit card statements
- Screenshots without verifiable order information
- Any altered, edited, manipulated, or digitally modified documents or images
Santorini Design Jewelry reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these requirements.
Exchange Policy
Items may be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval
Accepted proof of purchase includes:
- Original receipt
- Order confirmation
- Customer account order history/search
Santorini Design Jewelry reserves the right to refuse exchanges on items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, alteration, or improper care.
Online Return Shipping
For approved online refund requests:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Santorini Design Jewelry will provide the return shipping address upon approval
- Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked and insured shipping method
Santorini Design Jewelry is not responsible for:
- Lost return packages
- Delayed shipments
- Packages damaged during transit
- Returns sent without tracking information
Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
