Thank you for shopping with Santorini Design Jewelry. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days 
  • Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Santorini Design Jewelry may ship orders using carriers including but not limited to:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • Purolator

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, shipping method selected, and operational requirements.

Free Canada-Wide Shipping

Santorini Design Jewelry offers free standard shipping across Canada on eligible orders.

Please note that our free Canada-wide shipping option may not include tracking or insurance. Customers who would like tracked shipping may select a tracked or upgraded shipping option at checkout for an additional fee.

Santorini Design Jewelry is not responsible for packages shipped using untracked shipping methods once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

We strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option for higher-value orders or if you would like shipment visibility and delivery confirmation.

Delays & Delivery Issues

Santorini Design Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs clearance, incorrect shipping information, carrier disruptions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Any shipping delays, delivery issues, or tracking inquiries may need to be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is accurate at checkout.

Santorini Design Jewelry is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Santorini Design Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigation.

Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery locations and monitored addresses whenever possible.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Santorini Design Jewelry is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
